Banana Oatmeal Cookies using Raisins.

How can baking cookies ever be rapid? You normally must acquire a scale, carefully measure out all the ingredients, caress the dough to ages, cut out little cookies in to heart, star and moon shapes then wait a second century'til they are baked.

NEVER EVER would I bake biscuits under these conditions. That is just not how I roll. But then I encounter these Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies (that's what I call them, anyway.)

Okay, they do not taste exactly like the cookies you receive around Christmas time. Instead they are a little more gooey and don't crumble in any way.

However, what mostly convinced me was that you can have them prepared in 25 minutes such as the baking time! No shit.

Probably the most surprising thing about the cookies is that they involve just 2 ingredients! Yep that is correct, and anybody can blend two components.

Though in case you want to make them even tastier and/or fitter you can pimp them up with a few add ons such as peppers, walnuts or cinnamon. That's Your Choice!

It sounds more and more like a sales pitch (it's not -- nobody's gonna pay me if you consume them), but I have to mention one more awesome thing about these cookies.

They're tasty! Yep, once I'd had the initial I finished the remainder within an hour.

They're great for hiking excursions or other events where you will need a quick pleasant bite on the go. Nowadays I keep them as a quick snack in my back pack.

It must also be mentioned they're vegan. No eggs, no milk, no none of the regular cookie suspects. Just oats and peanuts.

Take oats for example. Not only do they lower your cholesterol levels which in turn will help you stop developing heart disease or diabetes, but they also energize you with great carbs and nutrients to help keep you going for more during the day.

Those nutrients comprise manganese, good for bone production and skin ethics in addition to magnesium -- essential for energy production to make you feel fuller

Much like bananas -- the favorite fruit one of athletes -- not just because they have a decent number of good carbohydrates but also for being the big players in the potassium video game.

Potassium is a very important nutrient for avoiding tiredness and muscular cramps. Pretty good if you have a hard day before you.

Because you can see, I'm a huge fan.

Here is an illustration of when I could have done with a few these biscuits. Sadly, I didn't have them with me.
